Who we are looking for:

iOE is seeking a driven, self-starting Client Engagement Coordinator (CEC) to further develop our client services and supporting functions. Our CEC is responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients, advocating on their behalf and facilitating their success with our team. Individuals in this role are dynamic, coachable, gregarious, supportive, humble and show up authentically and with a positive attitude. The CEC must be open to developing new skills and thrives in a start-up environment at a small company where compassionate candor is at the core of our business. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow with the company. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Account/Client Management

  • Support Sales team in writing proposals and finalizing agreements as needed for prospective clients in pipeline
  • Lead client kick off calls, orienting them to iOE, confirming client scope, and communicating all logistical next steps 
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure continuity and clarity around client scope and needs, and work with Programming to ensure that scope is understood and carried out
  • Attend feedback calls with Sales at the close of a contract, capture all client feedback and effectively communicate feedback to Programming
  • Provide a single point of contact for all support-related questions from clients, including technical issues, scheduling, programming feedback during the active contract period, overall client needs, etc.
  • Liaise between Sales, Programming, and Operations to ensure clients have an effortless experience with iOE by providing efficient, professional, and accurate resolutions to client concerns
  • Manage post-event client follow up process to ensure clients receive necessary materials such as key takeaways documents, surveys, etc.

Project/Systems Management 

  • Manage post-sale hand-off process, and optimize as needed 
  • Create and manage client project plans for programming based on each new client scope 
  • Create a standard comprehensive welcome packet template that can be used across clients 
  • Identify opportunities to use new tools, systems or processes to support throughline between sales, client management, and programming, to ensure a consistent positive experience for clients 
  • Support Hubspot management related to client engagement, such as updating profile, creating forms and landing pages, and general data management
  • Build out comprehensive client journey to align internal workflow and support external engagement 

Client Programming Support (as needed)

  • Attend client programming and events and take notes, provide feedback, and support iOE Experts as needed
  • Draft agendas and programming follow up materials to send to clients

This is a remote, part-time, hourly, contractor position

You are a lifelong learner who has and wants to continue to develop their understanding of cutting edge scientific practices for supporting system change, and/or bolstering individuals professional development. You are a compassionate, high-energy storyteller with the desire to be authentic and vulnerable in your work. 

Overview / Responsibilities:

  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours of availability per month
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Facilitate professional development training sessions
  • Facilitate consulting calls in person and virtually to achieve set results with our clients 
  • Design, modify, and present trainings for various delivery methods (remote, online, hybrid)
  • Assist with curriculum development and maintenance
  • Assess training needs and measure outcomes through surveys, interviews, and consultation with program stakeholders

  • Uses storytelling as an integral part of delivering meaningful, sometimes heavy, and often socially charged concepts 
  • Establishes and maintains effective and positive relations with the organization’s internal and external stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing and dynamic environment with integrity, patience and a sense of humor
  • Fast on your feet, with great judgment and the ability to quickly assess information and formulate questions to help determine the best path forward


  • Preferred Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field (PhD or PsyD)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum education required – Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience 
  • Comfortable with speaking and presenting on Zoom and learning new technology or processes
