Job Opportunities

This is a remote, part-time, hourly, contractor position

Who we are looking for:

You love teaching, facilitating, and working directly with clients in order to help them grow. You are passionate about system change and want to have a positive lasting impact on those you work with. You are a lifelong learner who has and wants to continue to develop their understanding of cutting edge scientific practices for supporting system change, and/or bolstering individuals professional development. You are a compassionate, high-energy storyteller with the desire to be authentic and vulnerable in your work. 

Overview / Responsibilities:

  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours of availability per month
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Facilitate professional development training sessions
  • Facilitate consulting calls in person and virtually to achieve set results with our clients 
  • Design, modify, and present trainings for various delivery methods (remote, online, hybrid)
  • Assist with curriculum development and maintenance
  • Assess training needs and measure outcomes through surveys, interviews, and consultation with program stakeholders

  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, including tact, patience, compassion, and acumen and the ability to work with many, diverse individuals, and groups across various functions
  • Provides creative and analytical approaches to problem solving and the ability to formulate data-driven, science-informed, and realistic recommendations
  • Excels at oral and written communication skills, including presentation development and presentation skills
  • Uses storytelling as an integral part of delivering meaningful, sometimes heavy, and often socially charged concepts 
  • Establishes and maintains effective and positive relations with the organization’s internal and external stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing and dynamic environment with integrity, patience and a sense of humor
  • Fast on your feet, with great judgment and the ability to quickly assess information and formulate questions to help determine the best path forward

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field (PhD or PsyD)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum education required – Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience 
  • Comfortable with speaking and presenting on Zoom and learning new technology or processes
